The new Rough and Ready Volunteer Fire  station, officially named The H. Bruce Davison Building in honor of Bruce’s 43+ years of service, is now open and operating, following the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held on Saturday, Jan. 28.

Conceived 15 years ago with the idea that Rough and Ready would one day need a new state-of-the-art Fire Station, Chief Don Gannon and the Board of Directors began planning and saving to make the dream a reality. The centrally located $2.25 million, 8,200 square foot facility will serve as the base of operations for our dedicated highly trained firefighters.
